Shipping
All orders are scanned for accuracy before leaving our workshop. Due to the production time involved with each designer piece, you will receive your order within 3 to 10 business days, depending on item. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the special instructions section of the order form and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed with a tracking number. Packages can only be delivered to street addresses and will require signatures.
US Shipping Rates
total order up to $500 = $10.00
total order over $500 but up to $1000 = $15.00
total order over $1,000 but up to $2,000 = $25.00
total order over $2,000 but up to $4,000 = $35.00
all orders above $4,000 in total value = $50.00
Please note that ‘Premium Shipping’ means that your piece is sent Next Day Air on the day it is ready and will cost an additional $30. Please select the ‘Premium shipping’ option at checkout.
International Shipping
Nina Basharova accepts International Orders from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. Shipping to any International location (including Canada and Mexico) will be an additional $55. Please be aware that shipping rates does not include any local customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied. All International orders will be shipped via Fedex International and is guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery.

Delivery & Processing Charges
Delivery & Processing Charges include all charges for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box and gift wrap. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery and Processing Charges are subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
Fedex Overnight Standard
If requested, Fedex Overnight Standard service is available. The Ship Date is based upon when the order is received and confirmed from Nina Basharova. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping confirmation. Please note: Fedex Overnight Standard orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday. A signature will be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Fedex 2Day
If requested, 2-Day Air service is available. The Ship Date is based upon when the order is received and confirmed from Nina Basharova. Your order should arrive within 2 business days after shipping confirmation. Please note: Fedex 2-Day Air orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday. A signature will be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Delivery to post office boxes
All Fedex shipping is not available to post office boxes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping when you will receive your order confirmation.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order, except of items that are one of a kind without penalty prior to shipment. If order has been in production for longer than 2 weeks, customer is subject to penalty. If customer chooses to cancel order after receipt of package, shipping and handling will not be reimbursed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied only to those shipping address' that are located within New York State.

Returns
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You can exchange or return any unworn and unaltered piece within 14 days of the receipt date. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. In order to make a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number). Please note that Return Authorization numbers will expire 7 days after issued. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship the item in a way that you can verify receipt (e.g. UPS, Fedex or insured Parcel Post). All returns must include a return address, phone number, copy of your receipt, and a letter stating the reason for the return:

Repairs
Nina Basharova stands behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair within 6 months based on normal usage, please contact us via email to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send us the item with your receipt. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns via insured Parcel Post, such as Fedex and UPS and registered USPS that can be tracked. Repairs are handled individually and will be done at customers expense.
If shipment arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, customer will be required to return item immediately, and will not be charged for the repair.
If customer fails to return the item within 15 business days, fees will apply.
